The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) has given me a powerful tool: the ability to honor and remember my late wife, Betsy, as well as all our loved ones touched by cancer by participating in the 13th annual Lights of Hope! If my work along side other passionate ACS CAN advocates will save somebody else, we are making a difference towards ending cancer.
Whit’s End Community Place is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the provision of services and support for those impacted by cancer. The goal of its founders once envisioned is now becoming reality. Whit’s End will provide emotional support, practical education, and hope to all who are touched by cancer.
Our foundation is dedicated to funding advanced pediatric cancer research as well as easing the financial strain of families facing pediatric cancer, and supplying those families with resources to help keep them connected and together. We are committed to finding new and targeted treatment options for childhood cancers and crushing cancer off the planet.
